The content of this site is information about our services, not a binding offer. Rates shown are indicative starting points. An engagement exists only when its scope and price have been confirmed in writing, and every engagement receives a written estimate before work starts.

The site audit

The site health audit is a paid service: one live site in, a one-page technical report back within 48 hours of receiving access and payment details as agreed. The report is delivered unbranded, and the commissioning agency may present it to its own client under its own brand. The audit is a diagnostic document, not a guarantee that every issue on a site has been found.

Engagements

Work is performed under the written scope agreed for each engagement. Where a separate services agreement or NDA is signed, that document prevails over these terms. Invoicing is EU-based; reverse charge applies where relevant.

Intellectual property

The content of this website belongs to the operator. Reports and code delivered under an engagement may be used by the commissioning agency as agreed for that engagement.

Liability

This website is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage arising from the use of the website itself. Liability within engagements is governed by the terms agreed for each engagement.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic.
